How good is giga.gg? Thinking of using this on top of mega to backup my files.
Psst, your private data is one else's business but yours. Quite literally, I might add.

What an useless reply.

It's supposed to make you reconsider trusting someone else's system for your private data, lad.

>your private data
...My private data is a few gb of reaction images and porn.
What idiot actually keeps sensitive information in the cloud?
>>53506064
Me again. Just to clarify, I forgot the 'no' in "no one else's business".
>>53506286
My point exactly, but please don't use the 'cloud' buzzword, friend.
>>53506262
Well I never mentioned sensitive data really. Only thing I intend to use that for is to stock up all of my music and (non-personal) images.
MEGA is only 50giga maximum. That one is 100 with apparently a way to raise it to 500 by inviting friends. Sounds quite good.
Thanks for the warning though.

>your private data
My private data are just website files, images, and a few GB of reaction images and music.

That's fine, we're all adults here, and you should make up your own mind whether to trust a third party with your data, and to which extend you trust them.
Me personally, I don't like a third party involved, especially when I can just host everything I need myself. My OwnCloud has a 2 TiB HDD, which I have full control over myself. I know exactly which platform it runs on, which HTTPS server, which protocols and cipher suites I'm allowing, all the connected sessions it logs, and I keep it all up to date to the latest stable releases.
that website does not have a lot of information about the service.
i'm calling too good to be true. either that, or just steals/sells/loses your data.

Is there a butt version of this image?

I also would if I knew how to do all of these things.

It may have a fairly long learning curve, but if you're really interested in learning, just start playing around with a virtual machine or a cheap Raspberry Pi. It's good fun and you'll learn plenty. :-)
