It's very much a knockoff.
Steel is 440C at best, certainly nowhere near ZDP-189 (which I'm sure Jantz or NJSB could supply) or H1 which it claims to have. But it's more than enough for opening packages even if not sharpened for a month. Cut off some small juniper branches with it not 10 minutes ago. Black handle Dragonfly II Salt doesn't even exist, which should've been a sign that it's a knockoff.
I've only posted it twice or so though.
If you want a knife with decent steel for cheap, there's some D2 on ali for between $20-40 and higher grade sebenza / xm18 / ZT knockoffs with at least D2 blades for $60-90.

Well nobody asked for it, but here it is anyway.
For £10 this is surprisingly good quality, obviously nowhere near the quality of the real thing, but good enough. A few parts don't fit together too well, but thankfully in places that you can't really see from a distance.
Now starts the waiting time.
I'm most interested in the HDD, because it seems to be one of enterprise WD models (not HGST sadly), just with different sticker.
