People don't really see PC repair as a service that's hard enough to charge for. Like when you have a friend who can fix cars, sometimes they'll say "I'll do it for cheap" or whatever. Nobody says "I'll remove that virus for $40" or "I'll fix your broken Windows install for $60".

Luckily at this point PCs are dead for everybody except college students and small business owners, so it's a non-issue.
