I used abbyy in the past.
It was really nice, you saw the pdf half of the screen and then you could manually edit all the places where it was in doubt.
I turned a 600 pages scanned pdf into a html document (which I then turned into a epub with calibre) in 2 hours without having worked with it before.
If you need to do it regulaly, you might want to use a free tool though.

I think people who wouldn't press red haven't realized how bad it must feel after you press green and have to walk away with nothing. You could have a million dollars with you if you only wanted it. A cocky additude wouldn't increase your odds, so it's very likely that it won't give you anything.
