What is the best site to buy soundproofing foam panels? Like best price per piece? I assume the Chinese no-brand is just as effective since it's just foam.

Do you have a Podcast channel?
I made some panels from a tutorial I found on Youtube. I stream to Twitch full time, so I scream a lot like a retard. I also live in NYC, so these helped because none of my neighbors seem to hear me.

whats your youtube channel?
Foam panels are for reducing reverberation, not sound transmission through walls. Secondly, fiber materials perform much better than foam, so go buy some ceiling grid tiles from home depot and put those on your walls instead. Do not paint them.

Foam is pretty much useless as it only works from around 2kHz upwards.
Might reduce flutter echo, but most room problems are pretty much always in the mid-range and low-end of the audio spectrum.
Use thick rockwool built into wooden frames with an inch airgap in the back, between the wall and the back of the foam.
