Is there something like Applel Magic Trackpad, but for Windows?
(I know I can use this on windoes machine, but I'm not paying 130$ for a fucking trackpad)

Why would you want a trackpad for a desktop PC when you can have a mouse or a trackball?
Bear in mind that Applefags are kind of forced to use the Magic Trackpad while their Magic Mouse is charging upside down.
I have one of these. it's a meme, looks cool but is less functional than a mouse.
If you are developing phone apps it might come in handy for testing purposes.

Fucking hate having to install logitech setpoint or whatever on my laptop just to change the sensitivity of a wireless mouse, and ow yeah it makes windows detect 2 extra keyboards, and why does it need to startup when the computer boots up?

I've been looking myself. From what I can find, your best bet is to buy a used Magic Trackpad on ebay. All the Windows-specific are mediocre and have little to no customization.

I have one. The drivers are not nearly as good as a regular touchpad. The touch features was just added after the fact.

Have you ever actually tried that? The bootcamp drivers for it are shit, as are all bootcamp drivers. If you have a mac, the magic trackpad is incredible, but half of that is because of the tight gesture integration with OS X. I doubt even a high end alternative would be anywhere as satisfying.
