... You're joking right? Most OSes have this shit built in. Print screen = whole screen, alt + print screen = active window, open snipping tool for custom crops, any Windows since 7.
For OS X, CMD + shift + 3 = full screen, CMD + shift + 4 = crop, or press space bar for capturing a window while the crosshair is up.

It's this, OP. Puush instantly snaps and uploads. It's copied to clipboard, you can set destinations on their server, set your own keybinds, etc. Used this and Greenshot, Puush won by miles.

I used to use Puush but the r94 scare and the forever stuck at 99% every 2 weeks pretty much made me drop it completely.
ShareX you can upload to anywhere, like dropbox, imgur, or whatever, can configure to work exactly like puush with hotkeys, and even make webms
