Use Google to search up the update that keeps the win 10 update updater active and uninstall it. It's something that ends with 5583 or something like that.

Uninstall KB3035583 and then choose to reboot later when prompted.
Run the Disk Clean up tool and select the Clean up system files after the initial scan. Select the Temporary installation files for deletion. Once they are removed disable the update service and reboot your system.

pen up Windows Update and click on View update history.
Remove KB3035583 2
Click on Installed Updates.
Remove KB3035583 3
In the search box in the upper right corner type in kb3035583. If the update is on your system it will show up in the results.
Remove KB3035583 4
Click on the KB3035583 entry in the search results and you will be asked if you are sure you want to uninstall it. Click Yes to remove it.

You have to go though the updates and remove the windows 10 ones manually then set windows updates to let you choose which updates to install instead of automatically, you can find how to do this shit online pretty easy. There are programs that may or may not be botnet that do it all for you and disable windows os upgrades and deletes windows 10 files but I'm not so sure about that. Just look up the updates and delete them then disable auto updating and make sure to check updates every couple days.
