It's gone. You can't unfuck a lithium battery. Usually caused by shitty batteries and/or unpredictable manufacturing defects. Go outside and poke it with a knife from a distance. It's a fire hazard if you throw it away.

Get a bucket of water, pour some salt in it so it becomes conductive and throw the battery into it. Leave it for a day and then chuck the battery into the trash. If it's still puffed up then it's full of hydrogen gas and you need to vent it before throwing it out.

OP put on some rubber gloves and peel it out. disconnect any wires and throw it away. Even if a hole forms you will be good. Just avoid any metal tools around it. I used to remove 20-30 of these kinds of batteries a week in shitty Chinese made GPS units. We had to put them all in one box next to our desks. Take an iron utensil, (bobby pins are always iron incase you can't find an iron fork or something sharp) It has to be iron since iron doesn't react with overcharged ions. Take the pin and gently poke into the top left of the battery pack until you here air being released (these are the overcharged ions being released to ease pressure) Following those steps should give you some more time to dispose of the batter anon!
