It's a lot more portable.
The CPU/GPU is as fast as the Air for the first 5 seconds then it throttles to half the performance of an Atom shortly after.
It definitely sucks because of how fucking bloated and inefficient OS X is. It's a very inconsistent experience in terms of UI responsiveness. People had a lot better time running Windows 10 on it than OS X lel Capitan
The way I see it, it's what the iPad Pro should have been minus the touch screen if it makes any sense ( I know it sounds dumb)
Better deal than a tablet if you want something small and stay in the Apple ecosystem.
