I think I'm dealing with a potential child pornogropher. He like many people who drop off pcs to get repaired sometimes underestimate their issues.
I noticed while attempting to clone his drive there was a 7gb folder i can't copy or get access too and his carbonite system has never backed up his folder in the seven years it's been created.
I've come across this several times in my experience as a pc tech but i can't access it trough any means like forcing admin privileges or accessing it trough a separate computer.
This guy is pretty good and my natural curiosity is mingling with my job to back up EVERYTHING. And he's insisting that he gets the drive back.
