When a computer has a shit ton of dust in it, they just wash it like that and leave it out in open air for a few days to dry up. Unless you physically damage the circuits (that is, by applying too much force) it's gonna work just fine.

Better rinse with distilled water fucking everywhere and then blowdry it. Otherwise you're going to get mineral deposits and corrosion fucking everywhere on the board.
