My recipe for installing a clean Photoshop version:

This way you can run keygens and questionable shit without worrying about getting infected.

Before you do anything, add these two lines:
127.0.0.1 lmlicenses.wip4.adobe.com
127.0.0.1 lm.licenses.adobe.com
to the "%WINDIR%\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts" file. (Copy desktop, edit and then copy it back)
Unpack the downloaded PS archive.
Go into advanced firewall settings, create two new rules on both outgoing and ingoing where you block all connections.
>Download keygen in VM
Inside the VM download a torrent that contains PS and a keygen for CS6 (Find it yourself.)
Only download the keygen folder in the torrent.
The generated keys will not work, so choose one from the torrent description or find a working serial key.
(The actiavtion lines will work!)
>Install PS CS6
Start the innstallation, chose to enter a serial key, if asked tell that you will activate later or offline.
Choose the International english when installing.
It's adviced to keep both 32 and 64-bit version.
(32-bit is lighter on resources)
>Activate
Start up PS.
Choose to activate offline.
Grab the longass activation key.
Go into the VM.
Paste both the chosen serial key, and the activation key.
Press generate.
Copy the activation confirmation key and paste it in photoshop.
It should now be activated if you have done everything right.

Don't use the key generator, use a key from readme file or the torrent description.

Enable two-way copy/paste in VM options.
Afterwards you can update Photoshop without worries, it will stay activated.

Create this rule on setup.exe
Alternatively you could just disable the network connection to be completely sure.
