Which foobar version are you running it on? I tried on clean 1.3.8 and 1.3.9 and it couldn't install properly.

1.3.9 just use the remote install or w/e where it doesn't store files outside program folder (standard installation stores skins somewhere in appdata I think and it might mess up the skin)

I just installed it myself.
If you don't have portable version, then that's why.
Unzip all the files in both the program files folder and your foobar appdata folder under roaming
That fixed it for me.
That or you can just use portable version of foobar
