Drop the card to a r7 370/gtx 950 if you're gonna keep that 4xxx cpu. At least go 4300/4350/6300/6350 for just a tad more. If you're adamant on the am3+ socket that is.
Look at Newegg/Amazon deals, you can find 2TBs for that same price and 1TBs for much cheaper.

It will run the game on mid-high settings on 1080p but don't expect too much. Have a very similar card in my desktop and BF4 runs "OK" only. Hell my GTX880M outperforms it in the laptop, ha.

Not every game runs on dual cores.
Some have cracks/hacks to force them to run, but it's just a dirty workaround.
Just get a quad-core OP.
Even Frostbite (the engine used by BF/Star Wars) prefers multiple cores. It can use even 16 cores.
My i7 laptop cpu with hyper threading, disabled turbo boost outperforms my desktop i7 with no HT.

Pentium G3258 lacks AVX instructions, among other things.
For me, AVX is a deal-breaker, since I emulate PS2, etc.
