How can I update my bios without a os? (I can only find .exe files for win7 that do it.)
Where can i get files to make a bootable usb stick that updates bios?

kek do you honestly believe that it has access to non virtualized hardware?
Download hirens boot cd, boot mini windows xp from cd, update bios.
Many UEFI motherboards can get updates from the UEFI through the internet. I doubt this helps but the future is better.
This is probably not a correct answer but

My HP DC7800 has an option to update the bios from the bios itself, from a fat16 formatted usb drive. I don't know if Lenovo does though.
