considering you can barely do anything intensive on 4k in the first place, resolution is useless. and that argument works the same for refresh rates as well since 144hz is pushing the limits of hardware.
latency hasnt been an issue for 10 years. you what is an issue? power draw, high pitched noise, lack of sharpness, eye strain, size, degaussing (however you spell it), etc etc

I had one of those for a few years. Got it used for maybe $150 back in 2006 I think I want to say? Thing weighed 90lbs and was awesome, no doubt. Really, really awesome. Only lasted a few years before the geometry started to get bad and it formed some horizontal lines on the screen. I ended up taking it to the woods and putting bullets through it a few years back.
Wish I still had it and it worked. Those things were over two grand new. . .

The OLED screen on my S6 looks pretty stunning, the pure and true black is nice. I don't know why you wouldn't want a OLED TV/Monitor. I've never heard of the life expectancy issues that people keep bringing up. single colour OLED's have been around for a while and still work. Most modern LCD's shit out after 2-5 years after the shitty caps in the power supply blow so a panel wouldn't have to last thaaat long anyways.
