It's missing WegGL, and some fairly basic CSS5/HTML5 stuff, but the rendering engine in the latest version of IE is awesome. Really fast. It's SVG perfomance alone is a good clue.
If Microsoft could stop being dicks over the remaining standards, they'd have the best browser, easily.
