Calculator thread!

I realized with all the time I waste fighting with google/microsofts calculator on my PC it would be smarter just to keep a proper scientific calculator on my desk.
What is the /g/ approved scientific calculator (doesn't need to be graphing)?

When I decide not to use wolfram alpha, I use a Ti-89 titanium. However, if all you're going to do is simple number crunching like adding, subtracting, multiplying, and even complicated looking expressions like pic related (i.e. you won't need to graph or solve equations), then I highly recommend using an RPN calculator like an HP 35s

If you're really into technical computing, and need some free software, use wxMaxima, it's a free (in both freedom and price), programmable, and does all the standard stuff you may need.

I have a TI89 emulator on my phone and computer

But I hardly ever use either since Wolfram Alpha exists

I have the same one, the only downside is that it's pretty slow to solve equations. Have anyone overclocked them?

I'm aware of RPN but I find for anything other than simple arithmetic it slows me down (though this would probably get better with practise)
