Thank you, I'm still using an HDD because I don't need my entire system to load faster.
results are suspect as other reviews showed DDR3 and DDR4 were within 7% of each other and DDR 4 2133 vs DDR4 3200 were within 1% of each other.

I urge you to take a look at the video, in well optimized games (witcher 3) where memory bandwidth is the bottleneck you're getting more than that.
I'm not expert on this subject either but memory latency as a function of frequency has less of an impact in DDR4, this means it's pretty easy to buy 2133 RAM and OC it to 3000.
I might be wrong on this as well but I'm pretty sure DDR4 consumes less power.

I went for a 6660k and paired it with some DDR4 2400.
Anything above 2400 won't provide much significance in real world applications from what I've read so far.

To be honest the only reason I purchased the 3000Mhz ram is because it was on sale. 2133 is a perfectly acceptable frequency.
