I have a comparable connection and in germany thats unfortunately the highest speed you can get as a private user if you dont want to spend 250€ a month
Sadly there's no other connection faster than this available for me. The apartment complex I live in is old as fuck (nearing 100yrs or so) and the wiring is archaic as fuck. I could actually get fibre up to my building, but the internal wiring prevents me to get any actual use out of it. Oh well, I pay like 13eur/mo for this connection so it's not so bad.
