Sup /g/, I've made an extensive comparison across the most known cloud storage providers.
Dropbox: ~3MB/s any time of the day (small files and big files)
Copy: 300KB/s any time of the day (small files and big files)
Box: haven't tested
Google Drive: haven't tested
Hubic: during 04:00 AM in the morning: 10MB/s any time of the day (small files and big files). During any other time: 10KB/s or upload error
Mail.Ru: ~300KB/s any time of the day (small files and big files)
Please report your upload speeds. My tests were conducted using a 100/100mbit/s fiber connection with Windows 10 64bit
This doesn't look like an "extensive" comparison at all.
speaking of cloud storage
i have 100GB of photos but looking at those upload speeds doesn't impress me
should i just buy a 128GB usb 3.0 flash drive and carry it with me at all times? I can even encrypt it

He wanted to use the word "extensive". Let him be.
Thank you op for this extensive comparison. You extensive'd like no one before.

Test these:
Box
Mediafire
Google Drive
Mega
Also, I assume you're uploading through the browser. If not let me know.

That leaves things up to chance.
Buy a server and host your own files.

Try Amazon's cloud service.
No jokes, they offer unlimited storage for a couple bucks/year.
