I tried multiple styles a while ago, including the one pictured in OP. They were all shit or in the case of the one in OP broke certain things for me by making shit clip and such, probably due to my monitor size.
I gave the fuck up and just use the tomorrow theme.

The CSS I was referring to is the firefox CSS.
Sometimes the 4chan and firefox CSS are in the same package or mix/match. Though for this one it's just 4chanX + OneeChan.
