I release on private trackers.
Other than hoping they're still seeded somewhere, my encodes are all on a single-point-of-failure Seagate. I can't afford an external and cloud backup would take me a month without seeding.

5 different drives in the same apartment, 1 instance on my owncloud in a datacenter somewhere. also my phone and tablet have the more important stuff on them.
works until there is a fire or something.
No backup. That's my plan. Has worked well for the last 10 years or so.
