will I see a significant difference if I upgrade from a five-year-old 23" 1080p IPS monitor to a modern 27" 1440p IPS?
I'm looking at one of those Dell Ultrasharps for like $700 AUD.

I have some bad news for you

shitty cosplayer. and judging by the age of those computers and the quality of the picture, shes probably old enough to be my mother, and im 31

I would have asked the question about the game if it was a man playing it.

What's wrong with your spiiine?

what the fuck is going on with that image.
>>52178676
Not really.
Monitors are stupidly overpriced and unless you make a really good amount of money, you will be disappointed by the upgraded visuals you paid $ 7 0 0 for.

Buying a good monitor is easily the best decision I made in terms of PC parts. All my quality monitors have lasted far longer than any other part (hard drives included, because by the time I want a new system, I'm sure as fuck not going to use some ancient ass hard drive).
However, you don't need to buy some super ridiculous $1300 34" G-sync 3440x1440 or some shit.

Looks like Magic Pockets

Pretty much all Amiga games used a joystick. Pads were for consoles, not computers.
>>52178676
Significant difference in resolution only. Colours not so much, if that's what you're wondering.

She's 28 iirc. She just loves Amiga computers.
>>52180331
Probably is.
We don't have game devs quite like the Bitmap Brothers anymore. (What was with the shades?)
Magic Pockets was good, but Gods was better. Xenon 2: Megablast and Speedball 2 were absolutely fantastic.
The Chaos Engine was also great (but the PC port on Steam is a little lacklustre).

The 90s.
