The LG G4 is seriously amazing. My dog cracked the screen on the phone by jumping up on my bed and landing on it. All I had to do to repair it was buy a new front bezel, and replace that shit. 11 screws.
I highly suggest the LG G4, it's very repairable. Only cost around 75 dollerydoos for a new front assembly with screen and etc. You can't even tell it was ever cracked now.

A quick test to see if your phone is really "g approved":
First off, is it running a proprietary OS (iOS, WP7)? If yes, then you're literally a tech illiterate luddite.
Or is it running android with google apps? If yes, you're a pleb.
Does it have a non-removable battery? If so, you're just a gullible cuck.
Fail any of these tests and you phone is definitely not anything close to being "g approved." Having an active third party dev community is a huge plus, lack of gimmick features, good build quality, not being overly thin at the cost of durability and battery life, are all pluses.
Xiaomi mi5 will be something to watch out for, if you're not murrican that is :^)

There is an alternative to every google app, and they are usually better except maybe in the case of google maps, but there are still decent enough alternatives. I used to not care about the data companies collected from me until I had my SSN stolen when a company got hacked.

I have an iPhone 5S running iOS 7.02 and its days are coming to an end, hardware is fine and iOS mostly fine and but a few apps are kill. I always need to update my apps then my phone to iOS 8 (9) to be able to use things. Updated facebook and messenger and its all gone a bit wrong since.
