Hello /g/ents, I'm in need of a bit of advice, I've done some research on thermal pastes, and I'm at a fork in the road, it basically comes down to two models, gelid gc-3 extreme, and prolimatech pk-3. Any anon had experience with either/both? Which is better?

>It's for a gaymen laptop, I replaced the dried out oem paste with cheap chinkpaste and now it overheats quicker than before.
I keep forgetting that /g/ is the last place I should come to for any actual advice.

sure, just blow into the processor real hard, like this moron over here

GC extreme
Prolimatech pk1/2/3
MX4
I prefer extreme on CPU and Prolimatechs on GPU

>it's for a gayman laptop

What are you talking about anon?
doesn't matter
just cum a load in there

Just go to Amazon and find the cheapest paste with the most reviews and buy that one. Outside of niche things like liquid metal it's pretty much all the same. If you're afraid of shorting out your system get some non-conductive paste. I've got Noctua's whatever it's called, but again pretty much anything that's remotely reputable works.

MX-4 is the only correct choice for paste

the one with ceramic on it?
>>52164481
The Cermaic one ya, non conductive, so it doesn't matter where it gets put really

i tried it on a nuc to see if i could bring the temps down but only got 1 degree better. pretty disappointing stuff senpai
OP I'd go with PK-3
