It's almost literally 3 stock batteries daisy-chained to each other and a larger case. Rather heavy and large, but incredibly robust with a hard rubber exterior and plastic skeleton chassis.

Pretty normal usage for me with a Oneplus X. Easily the best battery life I've gotten on a phone since my flip phone days.

No root, no tweaking at all.
Just out of the box.
Usage habits: NFC, Moto Voice and Google Now off. Everything else left on basically.
It IS stock Android, just 3 or 4 Moto apps also included which don't do anything if you don't use them and can be disabled. Tbh, coming from Samsung, I was actually disappointed in stock Android, several basic features that I took for granted in TouchWiz are gone. I fell for the stock Android meme.
But on the plus side, amazing battery, no ZeroLemon required. It was between this and the LG G4 + Zerolemon, and that would have cost >£120 more. The extra gig of RAM wasn't worth that much, 2 is fine.

Zerolemon owner #2 reporting in, this reviewer seems terrible.
In the comments he says you can only use their batteries, but the case it comes with has instructions and a giant foam square so you can use stock or other batteries. What a useless cunt.

Well of course. After having moved from a Nokia 1110i to the Note, I had no idea how much these new phones consumed. I don't travel, but I don't want to be reliant on charging it every night.
There were a couple other batteries that looked nice and retained the stock back cover, up to 5000mAh or something, but I figured why not get something that doubles as a hammer or instrument capable of blunt force trauma when flat.

My nexus 5 used to shit itself with lags and freeses all the time and my 1+x has none of that. Since the processors are not that different I want to blame that 2gb of ram. Hell I'm idle now and it only has 1,3 gb free.

The phone holds extra ram if its available so the phone will feel more responsive. If you phone has less ram, it won't do so at the cost of needing to open a lot more apps fresh.
