Had this weird hard spot on my face that once upon a time I was able to squeeze and get some nice zitlike material out of.
The other day I got a haircut and shaved and for some reason noticed it had built back up again under my skin. I squeezed my whole face and felt it moving around under there. My main tip for you from my perspective as a normie user is this: make a bash alias in your dom0's profile that lets you copy from/to vm to vm. You can find the qemu command in the qubes wiki. Made a big difference in quality of life to be able to easily copy files around
