Would this be a good setup for airflow inside my case?
The one on the back and CPU-fans are 76CFW, the other are 56CFW.
Green arrow is the air inside the case

This. There's a reason every case worth a shit is designed around a vent configuration like this. Make sure a side fan is blowing inside too if you have a beefy GPU
Your setup will create ungodly amounts of pressure and near-nonexistent beneficial airflow, I'm legit-scratching my head

I don't even have a case. I have a sheet of metal my mobo is mounted on that lays flat on the desk
