100Mb down and 2 up is the best you can get unless you're part of a lucky minority that happened to get communist internet before the glorious capitalist liberal party saved us from the red menace.

oh sorry its a 10mb down min and sometimes when att is graceful give me a 20mb down
New Zealand. $100 NZD (<$70 USD) per month. We've also gotten $250 NZD in refunds after our ISP had congestion issues and we'd drop to ~30 Mbps in the evenings.
Germany with 200 down and 20 up. Paying 20 bucks a month to unitymedia.
