Open it up and disconnect the battery then clean everything. Reconnect and charge it. If this doesn't work, try replacing the battery entirely. If this doesn't work, perhaps it is the power button not working. It might be the motherboard or just a connection. Maybe just the screen isn't responding? You would feel a vibration though.
