Linux is for programmers and autistic people in general.
The funny thing is, Apple actually has killed it with hardware this year. Apple is a hardware company, but their OS is trash.
The only reason people use it is because they're too lazy to change it, it's Unix-based, and the reason why Macs cost so much in the first place is because of the software and all the shit they include.
OS X isn't the worst OS I've ever used, but out of Linux, we'll say Ubuntu and Mint, Windows 10, 8.1 and 7, it's probably somewhere between Ubuntu and 8.1. It just isn't that great.
The drivers are shitty, the whole meme that you can play vidya is exaggerated, sure more games are supported on OS X, but they don't run very well and besides who the fuck plays vidya on a laptop?
If you have to get a Mac, for it's meme display, just get a cheap Macbook Pro. OS X is usable, but getting an XPS 13 and putting Ubuntu 15.10 on it would be much better/cheaper. Keep Windows 10 on there for vidya.
