It is a fair price but maybe around the same price to performance as 6600-6700k where those are better options because you can overclock them and not a xeon.

overclockers.co.uk is a british webstore for parts and they're generally a little expensive but if you hang around on the forums and hit a certain post count after you've been there a set amount of time you can get access to the members market.
There's an inbuilt trust system that you can use to vet people before committing to a transaction, I've been using the members market for years now and never had a bum transaction.
