FX 4300 is getting up there in age, and 720 ain't great. At that price range I'd go with an AMD 7850k APU and overclock it, and you can add a discrete GPU later on

I've done it myself and it worked very well, was able to play games at 45-60 fps low - medium settings at 1080p
It's a horrible buy. Get one with 64GB of RAM minimum. You are a PC gamer right?
