it's on all right, the insides are just filled with dust. I've been wanting to properly clean it since June, but every time I just put it off because I'm lazy, or I got things to do. No doubt I need to change the thermal paste as well.

Speccy can't into fm2 temps. My A10 displays in a similar manner. But if you actually prove it during operation it's 40c lower

None of AMD's recent chips use a temp sensor on die, there is only one real sensor on package.
Nothing but AMD overdrive will output correct values.
