Does anybody else have an odd interest in obscure technology? Feel free to post some.
>pic related, IIRC it's still in development
Thats Haiku, thats KDE on Haiku, Nice rip from wikipedia, go educate/kill yourself

menuetOS master race
ToaruOS, ReactOS
>>52032125
1. Install plan9port
2. Download catclock.c https://github.com/wangeguo/plan9/blob/master/sys/src/games/catclock.c, you'll also need catback.p and eyes.p from the same directory
3. compile catclock with 9c catclock.c && 9l catclock.o
4. you are done
I have done it.

we need a Linux port urgently
I use AROS as my main desktop OS.
My teacher is paranoid as fuck, he got his computer science degree in the 80s or something, but anyways he said he uses a linux based operating system that nobody knows off and is very obscure and also that every other operating system is full of backdoors since god knows when, is he full of shit or what?
>>52034987
He's right, you know. For example, Windows XP had the Administrator login backdoor if you didn't use fast user switching; you could boot into safe mode and get in that way if you needed to.
>>52032152
Does anyone here actually use MenuetOS? It seems pretty good for an OS written in assembly. How's the hardware support?
>>52027756
All mainframe OSes are obscure now.
My favorite is OS/VS2 MVS, but there are other runners-up.
>>52035338
if that's what qualifies as a serious backdoor to you then pretty much every UNIX/Linux system is shit in the same way since they're easy as fuck to pwn with single user
physical access = game over
