DO I UPGRADE
Your eye can't see more than 24fps.
If you want to stop playing an interactive slide show, yes
Our eyes can only see life at 24 hz

The fug it's just about fps you don't have to set anything in your game.
What are you talking about?
>start up csgo with -refresh 100
>sensitivity fucked, everything is retardedly slowed down, other people take off at lightning speed while you start off like a train
this particular game is horrible
Absolutely especially for twitch fps. Primary reason to get >60hz monitor is for this. Just make sure you can push the frames.

Minimal difference unless you intend to do high level. Decide for yourself.

stupid meme. films are 24 discrete fps, but they've never been 24hz. even back in the 20s frames were shown 2 or 3 times each, so the refresh rate of film has always been above 48hz, more if you count the black space between each frame.
Nah. Going from 60hz to 144hz offers little perceptible difference and doesn't magically make you more accurate or anything.
It has been proven the eye can "see" thousands of FPS but it cannot process all the frames it is bombarded with. This is why fast moving objects look blurry, it's your brain being unable to process all of the visual data it has been presented with.
