/g/, is there a windows 8 alternative of the windows 10 disable win10 tracking program?

I know to block the KB's 3022345, 3068708, 3075249, and 3080149, but what else?

I already run gnu/linux, this is a friends machine and I cant convince him to run loonix because >muh gamez, but cant stand by and watch him get NSA/Google'd to death.

He just have to accept spyware. It's part of Windows now. Or else you have to rerun every tweak after every update like the windows 10 guys and that still won't remove everything.
