VP9 DXVA2 hardware decoding was added in LAV Filters recently for testing and in this Nightly build of MPC-HC but disabled by default,have to enable it in settings
If you have a GTX 950/960(GM206) it's worth updating and testing it

also lav filters 0.67 supports https streaming, so you don't need to use --prefer-insecure in your youtube-dl scripts anymore
