As my library grew over time
and as I started to listen more music in daily basis
I found out that facets (two panels for it) and playlist tabs+playlist (default) were literally and by far the best setup for organizing and scrolling through 3TB library
I could never manage it, go through it, organize it properly - as fast as with default - when I had it all riced out.

What other skins have this kind of seek bar? This has a tendency to freeze when changing songs.

The seekbar is foo_wave_seekbar. Right click it and changethe rendering to GDI, it'll use less resourses but have the default look and, most importantly, not respond to replaygain so some tracks will have an almost invisible waveform and others will just be a single block.

It's set to GDI already. I mean that whole player freezes (but does not stop playing, just stops responding and UI gets messed up) and while I like the look (and that seek bar) a lot, it's getting tiring to restart, since it messes the shuffling up.

Check in foobar's program files and %appdata% folder if there is a js file.
That theme looks like something that relies heavily in foo_hack, which is a highly unstable plugin.
Alternatively, remove the seekbar by going to live edit mode.

It does. I've been looking for an easy way to see the current playlist that it's playing. There's a really nifty library selection tool that works way better than anything winamp has. Originally I adapted by making temporary playlists for everything.

The problem is, afaik, that the plugin uses terribly hacky methods (Hence the title iirc) to do things the components engine wasn't designed to handle. Kind of like using a knife to drink soup, you /can/ wet the knife in the soup and then lick it, but you'll cut your tongue and it'll be terribly ineficient.
Take into account that I am no expert in this, however. I don't even know who made the plugin, just that it's in nearly every FB2K theme in deviantart and that it uses javascript-esque code to edit the interface.

Why does Random or Shuffle always play the same songs? I have a library of 3000 songs but the same few hundred songs keep appearing and it's very frequent.
