Are there any tablets worth a shit at the moment? I had a Nexus 7 2013 at release and loved it, but at the moment I'm using an iPad Mini 2 which a friend wants to buy from me. Looking at spending ~$300 on a decent Android/Windows tablet. Been looking at the Mi Pad, but the Mi Pad 2 is out, however there's no stock anywhere. I want something with a Nexus feel.

Nexus 2013 is still usable for a "Nexus feel".
I'm waiting for the shitheads to announce a new 7 inch Nexus with better hardware but they probably won't. Ever.

Wait until android N and then see the options. If you can't, get the pixel C. It will be worth it once the software catches up.

Get one of those chink tablets that run Windows. They're about the same price, but at least they're useful.
Not OP, but also curious. Also have a Nexus 7 2013, but mine is LTE. I need an Andriod tablet with a cellular modem, that fits in the glovebox. Would prefer something in the 7" - 8" range, and the ability to run Cyanogen is a plus.
