I think it's pointless, the keyboard is for typing. You don't need to put speakers or other stupidity into it.
The only somewhat useful advanced keyboard features are boards with programmable macros or turbo buttons. But those boards usually suck and have rubber dome switches. Removable cord is nice too I guess, that's always handy. But shit like speakers? That has absolutely nothing to do with inputting text.

What's a passthrough? USB hubs on keyboards would be nice, especially 3.0 hubs with 8 USB ports would be nice. I wouldn't mind paying extra for that.
