honestly anything over ~100mb/s is like this.
I have 150Mb/s and am getting right around 18.9MB/s download speed in torrents. But once you're at 1GB every 60 seconds, it's not a HUGE difference to double that, or even triple that, because most servers aren't going to be able to feed you much more than that anyway.
It's rare to find a torrent or server that will max out my 150mbps connection, let alone 1gbps.

its comcast, they offer 2gbps in certain markets, they also charge an obscene price, and yes, it still has a 300GB a month data cap if it's a residential connection, though I doubt it's enforced on accounts with 2gbps service. But technically you are in a contract that allows them to cap you to 300GB per month on a line that can download 1GB in 4 seconds.
