Continuation of main thread since I saw interest.
So, after discovering that i could see everyone connected to the tower I'm connected to right now, i tried asking a friend with the same ISP if he could open the IP. Well, he did.
I scannel all the 16.12.xxx.253 subnet to see all the networks i was able to see, and i basically have access to the entire ISP's infrastructure.
I discovered that some networks are based on the Canopy system, other on Ubiquity and even on OpenWrt. While scanning a network I also found a bunch of ePMP1000 control panels.
While searching for the manual i discovered that there was a major security bug that can make every user (even guest) execute any command as root on the system.
Now i have the /etc/passwd file: wat do?

I just found another ePMP1000 that hasn't got default passwords except for the guest user. I'm currently decrypting the /etc/passwd of that thing hoping that they use the same password for everything.
How long have you beem with this ISP? Also do you have a shared connection or do you live alone? That slow connection must be a pain if it's shared.
