So ive tried, extremely hard, to overclock my old WMO 1.1a.
Windows 10 is a bitch to opperate with. Basically everything in registery is locked so im not allowed to change anything. Cant even remove mouse acceleration.
All the forums talking about this are just a bunch of sperglords that just rant about how 125hz is no different from 1000hz. (which is clearly false)
Has anyone here tried to overclock their mouse and remove acceleration in Win 10? Would really appreciate the help.

That actually works great for PS/2 mice. I always used to do that for games like Quake, etc.
Don't know about USB, though.

It can be done in 7 too, just much more hoops to jump through.

Yeah ive done windows 7 once. While it was more difficult than XP it was still way easier than windows 10
