I offered to help my black friend who has novice level tech knowledge to build a PC for about 500-600 USD. I've never made a build this cheap. inb4 Tryhard faggot. But here are his requirements can run COD at max at 1440+ and BF4 at max 1080+ and to be as quiet as possible. I'm thinking an AMD build with nice stealth be quiet! parts.

I'm about 75-100 over budget and might just ditch the SSD unless he'd be cool paying it but I'd like to here your advice /g/

You will be lucky to run both of those games at max at around 40-60 fps @1080p.
Secondly, DDR4 doesn't work on FM2, you also don't need 16GB.
And if you're overbudget ditch the overpriced ssd and pick up a cheaper 120gb crucial or sandisk ssd.

If you're too constrained by the budget get a r9 380.
The sensible choice would be a 970 which is just within the 1440p gaming range.
Used 780 and 290x would be a great choice too if you get a miracle deal.
