I just downloaded speccy, is it broken? It says my cpu temp is 60-70C and it says I have .8 ghz ram but it's 2.4ghz

your ram is actually clocked to 1.6
the speed on speccy is one half of what you actually got since the ram you got is double data rate (ddr)
to increase the speed from 1.6 to 2.4 go and change it through your bios.
