After uninstalling Classicshell their shitty explorer toolbar left this. I can't seem to get rid of it. It's driving me crazy. How the fuck do I get rid of it.
delete the temp files in c:\windows\system32.

run system file checker...open CMD as administrator and type sfc /scannow
it should fix this

It's your punishment for being a complete idiot. Anybody knows that you should only have installed the start menu.
Try turning it on and off.
Reset theme.
Refresh windows.
