Ah, the problem is if there are enough tabs open that the tabs start to shrink, the audio indicator is pushed out of the visible area of the tab instead of moving along with the right edge

I use Vivaldi for a while every time a new snapshot is out, but every time I scroll on a page with a video smooth scrolling doesn't seem to work.
For example:
